The Ides of March in 2016

The ancient Romans observed The Ides of March as the turning of a new leaf; which it was, literally, as the buds on the trees and vines have burst or are on their way.  January marks our new year, but on Slack Farms, it’s March that truly wakes us from our winter slumber.  What does one do on the Ides of March?  We bring in the new year, of course.  The bubbly will be popped and the spring greens abundant.
