Singer/guitarist Richard Wagner is from Solomons Island, Maryland.
He has been performing in and around the Southern Maryland region for over 25 years. Richard started playing guitar and harmonica at age 18 while a student at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia. By the time he was 20, he was playing solo and with bands in and around Blacksburg. He later moved to Southern Maryland and continues to play solo and can also be seen collaborating with other musicians and bands at local/regional venues.
Listen for fun folk, soft rock and acoustical songs like you'd hear from Jimmy Buffett or Jack Johnson.
The Wine Cottage at Woodlawn is open from 11-6 pm and does tastings of Slack Wines and also offers a full range of bar services.
Bring a picnic or stop by at St. Inigoes General Store on the way down and pick up one of the best sandwiches (OMG the Ruben!) you'll ever taste in your life.
