Enough excitement to turn you upside down!
Les Hubbard, a great friend and studied wine man, introduced us to a North Carolina winery that makes wine ice cream. Yes, we're in experiments already for this summer.
In the meantime, we began to look around for wine infused products, and found a few we decided to try. Wine infusion in cheese and jelllies and jams is well known, but here's a few new ones we've learned about: wine fudge and candies, wine popcorn, wine infused strawberries and cherries, and --- my favorite --- wine infused tea. Of course we have wine-infused cupcakes!
