It's that time of year when winemaker Tucker Grube-O'Brien turns his considerable talents and interests to brews. And what a breadth of styles, types and sizes there are in this burgeoning world of ferment! We've planned a stop-by that can be the usual wine tasting, if you wish, or a special tasting of 5 wines + 5 brews that will give you a sense of the breadth of the beasts out there.
Consider it a done deal that you will likely not have tasted many of these brews because we're going for some of the newest and most interesting ones on the market. Tuck has many friends who are brewers, so we'll make sure to include at least two from the 'hood.
Pairing choices will include some brew friendly treats as well as our cheese, fruit and chocolate plate. Sinful!
