Join us at Woodlawn for a savory three-part Valentine's Wine Pairing.
First some bubbly to set the mood --- paired with our favorite triple crème cheese from Vergennes, VT. If you prefer a sweeter start, we'll fix up the 522 Pinckney (with bubbly, of course) for you.
Next is a medley of chèvre & specialty spreads (and another favorite triple crème from Bourgogne, France) paired with a glass of Slack Black Drum Red and crusty French bread.
Last but not least, the classic Valentine's dessert --- chocolate cake with Bailey's butter cream icing and chocolate-covered strawberries, paired with our newest and sweetest wine, so new we haven't even named it (suggestions welcomed).
The fireplaces in the Manor House will be decked out with candles, and the tables set for the occasion in the Great Room, the Hydrangea Room and the Calvert Reception Room. Let us know if you want to be seated with another couple (or 2).
